Xhtab4 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Rules
Please read this document carefully before using xhtab4 services. By registering or using the platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms stated below.

Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering, or using any part of the xhtab4 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are required not to use this platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you, as a user, and xhtab4 as the platform operator. This platform is intended exclusively for Malaysian users aged 18 and above. Use by minors is strictly prohibited.
Xhtab4 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Users are responsible for reviewing these terms regularly. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is allowed only one registered account on xhtab4. Multiple registrations using the same name, phone number, or information are prohibited and may result in suspension or closure of all related accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. xhtab4 reserves the right to request identity verification documents for compliance and fraud prevention purposes. Users providing false or misleading information may face disciplinary actions including account closure and balance freezing.
You are solely responsible for all activities carried out using your login credentials. Your password must be kept secure and must not be shared with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the xhtab4 support team immediately at [email protected].
- Users must be at least 18 years old to register and use the platform.
- One phone number and one email address can only be linked to a single account.
- Xhtab4 is not responsible for any losses resulting from users’ negligence in securing their accounts.
- Users are not permitted to transfer, sell, or give their accounts to third parties.
Transactions, Deposits & Withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit
All financial transactions on xhtab4 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring the funds used for deposits are legitimate and legally owned by them.
Deposits can be made via local payment methods supported by the platform, including FPX, TNG eWallet, and Boost. All deposits will be credited to the user’s account upon transaction confirmation. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method chosen.
Withdrawals will be processed according to xhtab4’s internal procedures. Users may be required to complete identity verification before their first withdrawal is approved. xhtab4 reserves the right to reject or delay withdrawals if suspicious activity or platform misuse is suspected.
Any fees or charges imposed by third-party payment service providers are the user’s sole responsibility. xhtab4 does not cover any bank or digital wallet charges incurred by users.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Xhtab4 provides this platform on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability, accuracy of information, or suitability for any purpose. The platform may experience technical disruptions, scheduled maintenance, or force majeure events causing temporary access interruptions.
To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, xhtab4 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from use or inability to use this platform, including financial losses from betting or gaming.
Intellectual Property
All content on the xhtab4 platform, including brand names, logos, interface design, text, graphics, and software, is the exclusive property of xhtab4 and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are prohibited from copying, reproducing, distributing, or using any of this content without prior written permission from xhtab4.

The xhtab4 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for user convenience. xhtab4 does not control the content or privacy policies of these third-party sites and is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from their use. Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Xhtab4 reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts at any time without prior notice if any terms in this document are breached. Reasons for such action may include:
- Multiple account registrations or use of false information during registration.
- Attempts at fraud, money laundering, or any illegal activities through the platform.
- Abuse of promotions, offers, or bonuses in ways that violate the specified terms.
- Use of unauthorized automated software, bots, or any technical methods to manipulate the platform.
- Actions that may jeopardize the safety of other users or the integrity of xhtab4’s system.
If an account is suspended for investigable reasons, users may contact support to seek clarification and submit an appeal. xhtab4 will fairly investigate each case before making a final decision. Any valid remaining funds in a closed account will be processed for withdrawal according to internal procedures.
Terms Amendments & Applicable Laws
Xhtab4 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions from time to time to reflect changes in services, legal requirements, or industry practices. Material changes will be notified via platform notices or registered email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted under Malaysian law. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Malaysia.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or contrary to law, it will be modified to the extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, while the remaining provisions will continue to be fully effective.
